What We Do
The South Africa Community Food Bank (SACFB) is deeply committed to uplifting underprivileged communities throughout South Africa. In keeping with our vision to create lasting change, we are thrilled to host our inaugural event, “Rainbow Rendezvous. ” This special day is dedicated to bringing joy and essential resources to children from various children’s homes across Durban,
providing them with much-needed support and care.
“Rainbow Rendezvous” marks the beginning of many future initiatives by SACFB. The event is designed to offer a full day of fun, nourishment, and encouragement to the children in our community. Activities will include food distribution, exciting games, educational experiences, and entertainment — creating a memorable and impactful day for everyone involved. It’s more than just a day of fun, it’s a meaningful step towards fostering community development and promoting the well being of those who need it most.
Scheduled during Child Protection Week and Youth Month, this event reinforces our unwavering commitment to safe guarding the
rights and welfare of our children. It is a time to celebrate, protect, and invest in the future generation, showing that their happiness and well-being matter deeply to us. We are beyond excited to launch this initiative and can’t wait to see the smiles it brings! Together, we are
